Today, the Cholangiocarcinoma Research Institute participated in the "Khon Kaen University Community Service Fair" as part of the 2026 Societal Contribution project at Khon Kaen Railway Station, Khon Kaen Province.
A screening of at-risk groups for liver fluke disease was conducted using the OVATK rapid urine test kit. A total of 38 people were screened, and 3 individuals (7.89%) were found to be infected with liver fluke. Those infected received antiparasitic medication.
