On June 27, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Watcharin Loylom, Director of the Cholangiocarcinoma Research Institute, received an award recognizing outstanding research achievements at the "Appreciation and Gratitude" ceremony for the year 2025 (fiscal year 2024). This event, organized by Khon Kaen University, aimed to commend and thank personnel and units with outstanding achievements in various fields, as well as those who have brought prestige to the university at both national and international levels. The award was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, at the Auditorium, Science Park, Khon Kaen University.
